Orville Kenneth Shelley

Orville Kenneth Shelley, 78, a resident of Farmington, passed away Aug. 3, 2014, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born July 5, 1936, in Farmington, the son of Floyd Orville and Edith Keener Shelley. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, James, John and Floyd C. Shelley; and one sister, Mary Rush. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Lena Shelley; two sons, Floyd O. Shelley and wife, Tammie, of Farmington, and Steve C. Shelley and wife, Gayla, also of Farmington; four grandchildren, Brooke Spradlin and husband, Steven, of Fort Smith, Brian O. Shelley and wife, Latina, of Farmington, Austin Shelley of Fayetteville and Aaron Shelley of Farmington; five great-grandchildren, Wyatt O. Shelley, Magalene Shelley, Addison Spradlin, Mitchell Spradlin and Makinley Spradlin; one brother, Robert Shelley of Prairie Grove; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014, 10 a.m. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Ark., with Preston Beeks officiating. Online guest book, www.luginbuel.com.
