Gordon Leroy Wagner

Gordon Leroy Wagner, 81, of Garfield, Ark., died Monday, April 28, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers. He was born June 26, 1932, in Springdale the son of Gladys and Clarence Wagner. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He had lived in the Northwest Arkansas area for many years. He was a retired truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, three sisters, one son and one daughter. Gordon is survived by two sons, John Wagner and his wife, Pat, of North Carolina, David Reed and his wife, Christina, of Centerton; three daughters, Mary Gilly and her husband, Bill, of Springdale, Carolyn Bowman and her husband, Wayne, of Springdale, Debbie Poplin of Lincoln; one brother, Andy Macias of Springdale; two sisters, Joann Ferguson of Washington, Sharolette Wagner of Texas; his significant other, Carol Ellis of Garfield; 27 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren; and all his family and friends on "The Hill."
