Wilma Clara Stone, 87, of Pea Ridge, died Saturday, April 19, at Bradford House Nursing Center in Bentonville. She was born June 12, 1926, at Brawley, Calif., to Ruel Jason Young and Verda Clara Beall Young. She was a data input operator in electronics and a waitress. She moved from the California and Nevada areas 10 years ago before making her home in Pea Ridge. She enjoyed embroidery, word search puzzles and Scrabble. She was a Protestant and is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Howard Stone; one sister, Edith Driskell; and two brothers, Donald Young and Harvey Young. Survivors are seven daughters, Vicky Engelhardt and husband Thomas of Brentwood, Calif., Carol Ewert of Pea Ridge, Nancy Prince and Diana Carroll and husband Patrick all of Bentonville, Susan Stone of Hayward, Calif., Barbara Park and husband Mark of Tracey, Calif., and Thelma Forsyth of Sacramento, Calif.; three sons, Donald Kopshy of Antioch, Calif., Michael Kopshy and wife Stacy of Sacramento, Calif., and Allan Stone of Wichita, Kan.; one sister, Lois Landers of Idaho; her first husband Nicholas Kopshy of Antioch, Calif.; and beloved niece and nephew, Patty Koopman and Ron Driskell; 19 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Funeral is set for Monday, 11 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Home Chapel in Pea Ridge with burial at Pea Ridge Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at siscofuneralhome.net.
