Michael Davis

Michael "Moose" Davis, 64, of Fayetteville died Thursday, April 10, 2014, at Willard Walker Hospice in Fayetteville. He was born March 22, 1950, in Sheffield, Ala., to Lee Davis and Kathryn Jones Davis. He was a respiratory therapy technician. He enjoyed fishing, BBQing and being with his grandson, Logan. He attended the Church of Christ in Fayetteville. He is preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents, George and Dorothy Jones, who raised him. He is survived by his wife, Linda Sue Davis of the home; a son, Michael Edward Davis of Fayetteville; a daughter, Heather Stowers and husband, David, of Fayetteville; a brother, Ron Davis and wife, Ann, of Haskell, Ark.; a sister, Lila Wrenn and husband, Tommy, of Powhatan, Va.,; and a grandson. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 19, at the UA Alumni House at the corner of Maple and Razorback Road. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.
