Diana Kay Elsner, 64, of Rogers died April 8, 2014. Born Dec. 2, 1949, in Wenatchee, Wash., to Clifford and Abbie Jones Gosvener. Preceded: husband, Jim Elsner; and parents. Survivors: stepson, Brad Elsner (Sharah), their children, Alysa and Tristan; brother, Buz Gosvener (Janet); two nephews, Ty and River Gosvener; two nieces, Abby Lanphier and Gentry Gosvener; and two stepnephews, Kenney and Levi Nelson.
