Peggy Ann Mesman, age 84, of Rogers, Ark., died Tuesday, April 8, 2014, in a local facility. She was born Nov. 17, 1929, in Plymouth County, Iowa, to the late Raymond G. and Emelia C. (Miller) Bogh. She married Maurice J. Boever Nov. 30, 1943. They had three children, two of whom survive. She was also married to Gerald Mesman on May 19,1985. She was preceded in death by both husbands; and a daughter, Jill Malea. She attended rural country schools in Fredonia Township and graduated from Lemars Central High School and graduated from College of the Hills, Fontana, Calif. She worked for many years in the dietary food service. She loved travel, cooking, sewing, quilting, writing family history stories, reading, listening to music, competitive card games and dancing. She was a member of several quilt guilds, red hats and local card clubs. She is survived by one son, Brian Boever of California; and a daughter, Pamela K. Boever Marino of Houston, Texas; two brothers, Keith R. Bogh, Ringold, Ga., and Bill R. Bogh of Rogers, Ark.; and one sister, Donna M. Roche of Rogers, Ark.; plus many nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3800 W. Walnut, Rogers, Ark., Saturday, April 12, at 1 p.m., with Pastor Jirousek officiating.
