Wanda Wilson Catlett, 85, of Rogers went to be at home with her Lord, Jesus Christ Monday, April 7, 2014. She was born to the late Harvey W. and Zola Mae Eastridge Wilson on July 14, 1928, in Marianna, Ark. In earlier years, she was a homemaker who was active in church and parent/teacher organizations at her children's schools. She then began a career and retired from the financial services industry before moving to Rogers in 1980. She was active in the Assemblies of God Church and then later Cross Church. She enjoyed shopping, making bead jewelry and jigsaw puzzles. She was very social and loved people. But above all, she loved Jesus, reading her Bible and was a prayer warrior. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Deon Catlett; a son, Rusty Catlett; three sisters, Margaret W. Buzzan, Muriel Dean Benson and Jo Ann Nichols; and three brothers, Bobby W. Wilson, Harvey "Son" Wilson and Paul Wilson. Survivors include her daughter, Denise McGlone and husband, J.D., of Rogers; grandson, Zach Fuller of Rogers; and a multitude of nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be at noon Thursday, April 10, in the chapel of Rollins Funeral Home, preceded by a visitation beginning at 10 a.m., and interment will follow at Benton County Memorial Park.
