Jessie Irene Fennell

Jessie Irene Fennell, 86, a resident of Bentonville, Ark., passed away Sept. 25, 2013, in Bentonville, Ark. She was born July 7, 1927, in Blackburn, Ark., the daughter of Moses Shelton and Lucinda E. Center Redfern. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Fennell; two sisters, Mary Lou Tyree, Lucille Couch; and two brothers, Charles Redfern and Robert Earl Redfern. Survivors include one son, Tommy Fennell and wife, Phyllis, of Bentonville, Ark.; two daughters, Lois Carpenter and Bob of Tulsa, Okla., Linda Du Bois and Frank of Sapulpa, Okla.; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Monday, Sept. 30, 2013, 11 a.m. at the Fayetteville National Cemetery, Fayetteville, Ark. Visitation will be 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Ark.
