Mary Elizabeth Bridges

Mary Elizabeth Bridges, 94, a resident of Lincoln, Ark., passed away Sept. 21, 2013, in Prairie Grove. She was born Aug. 4, 1919, in Bloomington, Ill., the daughter of Herman F. and Margaret M. Cahill Hitt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bryon Dean Bridges; one son, Michael; and one daughter, Norma. Survivors include two sons, Jim "Pat" Bridges of Brimfield, Ill., and Richard Bridges of Ocala, Fla.; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013, 10 a.m. at Luginbuel Chapel, with burial in Beaty Cemetery; there will be no graveside service held at the cemetery.
