Robert Clee Davidson

Robert C. "Bob" Davidson, 66, became one of God's angels on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013, at the Fayetteville Veterans Home. He was born Jan. 28, 1947, in Indianapolis, Ind., to C.I. and Oleta Billingsley Davidson. After serving in the Air Force during Vietnam (1966-1967), Bob was a Glazier in Colorado, Oklahoma and Arkansas. He was a member of the Heartbeat of the Ozarks Car Club. He enjoyed working with stained glass and, with his son Jerrod by his side, building and flying remote-control airplanes and restoring his 1963 Ford Falcon Futura. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Jim Davidson, and infant daughter, Crystal Raejean Davidson. Survivors include his son, Jerrod Davidson and wife, Christina, of Springdale, ex-wife, Sharon Davidson, several cousins and one uncle. Graveside-only services will be conducted by Reverend Audie Long on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Fayetteville National Cemetery with full military honors. The family would like to thank The Circle of Life Hospice Home and the Fayetteville Veterans Home employees for the gentle, loving care they gave Bob during his last days.
