Ellen Weber, 86, died Aug. 29, 2013, in Bentonville. She was born on Feb. 3, 1927, to the late Frank and Velma (Peterson) Price in Lowell, Ark. She was the loving wife of the late Fred T. Weber. Ellen was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family preparing home-cooked meals and serving her homemade jams. She loved listening to Gospel music and daily reading her Bible. She was most proud of her flower gardens and enjoyed watching birds from her windows. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Weber of Rogers; brothers, Bill and Joe Price, both of Texas; sister, Nadine Hankins of Iowa; four grandchildren, Christina Mercer and husband, Joe, of Iowa, Lance Hall of Colorado, Nicholas and Brandon Weber, both of Iowa; and four great-granddaughters. Mrs. Weber is preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Fred Weber; and siblings, John Price, Clyde Price, Genevieve Mofley, Jewell Mofley and Berniece Kincy. A funeral will be Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013, at 11 a.m. in Rollins Funeral Home Chapel, with a burial to follow at Benton County Memorial Park. Her visitation will be Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the chapel.
