Tamara Lynne Kimball, 50, of Bella Vista, Arkansas died Saturday, October 26, 2013 at the Circle of Life Hospice, Legacy Village, Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born on March 27, 1963 in Denver, Colorado to James Arthur Horn and Freda Forman Horn. She graduated from Ada High School in 1981. She married Richard Kimball on December 17, 1983 in Ada, Oklahoma. She is survived by her husband, Richard David Kimball of Bella Vista, Arkansas; mother, Freda Horn of Ada, Oklahoma; father, James Horn of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one son, Terrence Kimball of Bella Vista, Arkansas; one daughter, Shawnda Kimball of Bella Vista, Arkansas; step-son, David Kimball of Kansas City, Missouri; one brother, Steven Horn of Chicago; one sister, Deborah K. Hallum of Ada, Oklahoma; and one grandchild. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 and Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 31, 2013 with Reverend Claude Baltimore officiating at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Arkansas.
