Paul David Ensign Sr., 60, of Gentry, Ark., died Oct. 21, 2013, at Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville. He was born Aug. 8, 1953, in Fayetteville, Ark., the son of Oscar Truman and Ethel Mae Carlock Ensign. He was the owner and operator of Ensign Electric. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Helen Jean Church and Doris Marie Holtgrewe. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, David and Lisa Ensign of Prairie Grove, Ark.; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Chester Lee and Barbara Ensign of Oak Hills, Calif., and Arthur Ray "Peck" Ensign of Muskegon, Mich.; two grandchildren, Presley Ensign and Evan Rush, both of Prairie Grove, Ark.; and the mother of his son, Donna Ensign of Bentonville, Ark. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home, with Pastor Vance Eubanks officiating. Interment will be in the Carlock Cemetery, under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home, www.brashearsfuneralhome.net, at Huntsville. Pallbearers will be Scott Holtgrewe, Chris Holtgrewe, Colton Holtgrewe, Quent Austin, Shane Church and Shad Church. Honorary pallbearers will be Evan Rush, Jeff Fields, Jack Hill and Jim Parish.
