Harshall 'Marc' Vanaman

Harshall "Marc" Vanaman, age 70, passed away Oct. 17, 2013. Marc was born Nov. 18, 1942, in Hickory Ridge, Ark., to parents Howard Martin Vanaman and Josie Jorilla Baldwin. Marc was a veteran and worked also in the construction business. He was united in marriage to Linda Merritt on Feb. 9, 1978, in Cross County, Ark. They enjoyed over 35 years of marriage. Marc also had a great love for family and especially his grandchildren. Marc is survived by his wife, Linda of Pea Ridge; sons, Marcus Vanaman of Granite City, Ill., Michael McMaster of Wynne, Ark., and Charlie Vanaman of Pea Ridge; daughters, Angela Gracey of Colt, Ark., and Erin Tyree of Centerton; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3800 W. Walnut, Rogers.
