Steve Ray Galloway, 61, of Fayetteville passed away at his home on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013. He was born July 7, 1952, in Stanton, Texas, to Maurice K. and Betty Lou Gililland Galloway. Steve retired from the United States Air Force where he earned the rank of master sergeant, serving in the 341st Dog Training Squadron. He also served in Desert Storm. He served in the Philippines, Panama, Turkey and Korea. He was also a realtor for Galloway Realty for many years. He was currently employed at Securitas Security Services. Survivors include his wife, Mila Galloway of the home; two daughters, Bridget Ward and husband, Josh, of Kansas City, Mo., and Brenda Pope and husband, Shannon, of Springdale; three grandchildren, Morgan and Pierceson Ward and Reese Pope; one nephew, David Dessaro and wife, Mortie, of Springdale; his sister, Carolyn Simon of Florida.
