Frank Phillip Muse

Frank Phillip Muse, age 76, of Springdale went to be with the Lord on Nov. 7, 2013, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Ark. He was born Sept. 27, 1937, in Fort Worth, Texas, the son of J.T. and Kathryn Daniels Muse. He was of the United Methodist faith and was retired from America Airlines where he was a fleet service clerk. He enjoyed collecting and shooting guns, working with his farm equipment on their pine tree farm and fixing anything that was broken. He had operated the sound system and cameras at church as well as serving as a door greeter. He was known for greeting everyone he saw with a smile and a compliment even if he didn't know them. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Robin Harris Muse of the home; two sons, Jim Muse and his wife, Darla, of Fayetteville, and Phillip Scott Muse of Midland, Texas; one daughter, Kathy Muse of Miami, Okla.; one brother, Jimmy (Sonny) Muse and his wife, Joann, of Paige, Texas; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Inside/Out Church, 7500 W. Wedington Drive, Fayetteville, Ark., with Pastor Joe Jones and Pastor Jim Muse officiating, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Friday, Nov. 15, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth, Texas. Online condolences may be sent to www.memfuneral.com.
