Pearl 'Ruth' Majors

Pearl "Ruth" Majors of Fayetteville, Ark., died Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013, at a local nursing home. She was born March 5, 1929, in Greenland, Ark., the daughter of Elizabeth and James Willard King. She was a lifetime resident of the Northwest Arkansas area. She was preceded in death by two sons; her parents; her husband, B.B. Majors; and all her siblings. Ruth is survived by two sons, James Head and his wife, Pat, of Lincoln, Jerry Burke and his wife, Cheryl Wallis, of Fayetteville; two daughters, Martha Perez of Huntsville, Carol Majors and her husband, Alan, of Vidor, Texas; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
