Herman Joseph Rachal

Herman Joseph Rachal, 61, of Rogers passed away May 21, 2013. He was born July 6, 1951, in Natchitoches, La., the son of Herman and Ava Mae Williams Rachal. Survived by his wife, Regina Ann Watson Rachal of the home; one brother, Nathan Rachal. Arrangements by Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th St., Rogers, Ark.
