Norma Marie Brockman

Norma Marie Vickery Brockman, 73, a resident of Prairie Grove, Ark., went to be with her Lord, May 21, 2013. She was born June 25, 1939, in Cove Creek, Ark., the daughter of Link and Ollie Phillips Vickery. She was a member of New Sulphur Freewill Baptist Church of Prairie Grove for 42 years. Norma is survived by her husband, Robert Brockman of the home; one daughter, Brenda Maddan and husband, Greg of Prairie Grove; two sons, Michael and Mark Brockman, both of Prairie Grove; three brothers, C.L. Vickery and wife, Katie of Springdale, Ark., L.V. Vickery and wife, Lorene and Olan Vickery, all of Prairie Grove; one sister, Oma Bennett and her husband, Bill of Bethany, Okla.; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many nephews, nieces and extended family. The family will receive friends 7-8 p.m. Thursday at New Sulphur Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2013, at New Sulphur Freewill Baptist Church.
