Christopher Dennis Allen

Christopher Dennis Allen, 57, of Bella Vista, Ark., died at his home in Bella Vista. He was born on May 11, 1955, in Washington, D.C., to Thomas B. Allen and Nancy Straub Allen. He worked Chesebrough Ponds for over 20 years. He relocated from Connecticut to Bella Vista for further job opportunities and loved the beauty of Arkansas. During his time here in Northwest Arkansas, he was employed by the Arkansas Democrat. He enjoyed fishing, playing the guitar, Yankee baseball and especially loved his dog, Jeter. He is survived by his wife, Regis Kennedy of Bella Vista, Ark.; son, Christopher Allen of Clinton, Conn.; daughter, Danielle Allen of Milford, Conn.; two brothers, Thomas B. Allen, of Deep River, Conn., Gregory Allen of New London, Conn.; sister, Debbie Allen of Hamden, Conn.; and several nieces and nephews. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 3-5 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2013, at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark.
