Stephen Gerald Heady

Stephen Gerald Heady, 73, passed away March 20, 2013, in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico. He was born in Batavia, Iowa, practiced law in Denver, Colo., and retired to San Miguel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Velma (Young) Heady of Mount Vernon; and sister, Grace Bennett of Denver. He is survived by his wife, Martha (Olvera) Heady of San Miguel; children, Beth Parks and husband, Tom, of Rogers, Ark., Kathy Heady and husband, Mark Wexler, of Middleton, Wis., and Stephen Heady Olvera of San Miguel; grandchildren, Michelle, Shannon and Eric Parks, and Sarah Wexler; sisters, Bonnie (George) Tobiason of Monticello, Iowa, and Linda Comes of Mesa, Ariz. A funeral mass was celebrated March 21 at San Francisco Catholic Church in San Miguel.
