Mary Pauline Laughlin, 100, of Rogers, died Friday, March 22 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers. She was born June 3, 1912, in Griggs, Okla., to Orin Arms Dungan and Etta Warren. She was a press operator for Daisy Manufacturing. for 20 years. She was a lifelong crafter and had a booth at the Dixieland Mall and the Daisy Craft Fair for many years. She received awards in painting, rug hooking, quilts and a picture of one of her quilts is displayed in the Library of Congress Archives in Washington, D.C. She was also a longtime member of the Monte Ne Baptist Church in Rogers. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jesse Laughlin; two sons, Everett and Virgil Laughlin and a brother, Oren Dungan. She is survived by a son, Dale Laughlin and wife Daphne of Pea Ridge; two daughters, Rebecca Lynch and husband Cecil of Rogers, Marjorie Herron of Sapulpa, Okla.; a sister, Ramona Price of Van Couver, Wash.; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Service is set for 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 26 at Monte Ne Baptist Church in Rogers with the Rev. Mack Mills officiating. Burial will be at Pea Ridge Cemetery. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Visitation is set for Monday, March 25 from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Monte Ne Baptist Church Building Fund, 1610 Monte Ne Road Rogers, AR 72756. Online condolences may be made at siscofuneralhome.net.
