Jerry Don Garrett

Jerry Don Garrett, 66-year-old resident of Goodman, Mo., died March 17, 2013, at Washington Regional Medical Center, Fayetteville, Ark. Born Dec. 12, 1946, in Siloam Springs, Ark., he was the son of Ray Garrett and Della Mae Nichols Garrett. Jerry married Ellie Warner on Jan. 3, 1984, in Bentonville, Ark. He worked as a sheet metal fabricator at Wichita Boeing Aircraft and as a brick mason in Northwest Arkansas for 25 years. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Raymond Garrett and Jack Garrett. Survivors include his wife, Ellie; three sons, Clint Garrett of Bella Vista, Ark., Don Beyer of Fayetteville, Ark., Jeff Wolke of Rose Hill, Kan.; two daughters, Kim Garrett of Vaughn, Ark., Sandy Dugger of Vaughn; two stepsons, J.J. Keener of Russellville, Ark., Brian Keener of Verona, Mo.; 13 grandchildren; one brother, Roy Garrett of Vaughn; and two sisters, Louise Riley of Wichita, Kan., and Lois Babcock of Jay, Okla. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at Harbor of Praise, Bentonville, Ark., with Pastor Roy Roughton officiating. Burial will follow at Springtown Cemetery, Springtown, Ark.
