Donna Thompson

Donna Thompson, 75, of Fayetteville, Ark., passed away Monday, March 11, 2013, in Springdale, Ark. She was born Dec. 24, 1937, in Fayetteville, Ark., to Kelley Isaac Henderson and Alta May (McKenzie) Henderson. She was retired from Marshalltown Tool and was a member of Center Street Church of Christ in Fayetteville. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Larry Don Thompson; and sister, Melba McConnell. She is survived by her son, Bob Thompson and his wife, Trenket, of Springdale, Ark.; one sister, Glenna Bohannon and husband, Tom, of Fayetteville, Ark.; and two granddaughters, Jessica Thompson and Tiffany Thompson. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, March 14, in the chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home, with the Rev. David Freeman officiating. Burial will follow at Buckner Cemetery in Fayetteville.
