Ruby Lorene Land

Ruby Lorene Land, 88, a resident of Prairie Grove, passed away March 5, 2013, at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville. She was born July 21, 1924, in Johnson, the daughter of Ernie and Elizabeth Sparks Phillips. Survivors include two daughters, Linda Cartwright of Prairie Grove and Barbara Smith of Fayetteville; two sons, Jimmie Land of Austin, Texas, and Kenneth Land of Bastrap, Texas; two sisters, Jerry Holland of Hazel Valley and Dorcas Moore of Santa Anna, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. Friday at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove.
