Debra Lynn Smith

Debra Lynn Smith, 59, of Springdale died Friday, June 14, 2013, at Northwest Medical Center. She was born Dec. 25, 1953, in Texarkana, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Frank Smith of the home and sister, Michelle Adams of Texarkana, Ark., and several other family members and friends.
