Carrie Lynette Byrd

Carrie Lynette Byrd, 42, of Van Buren died Thursday, July 25, 2013, in Van Buren. She was born June 29, 1971, in Fayetteville, Ark. She was a hairstylist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert William Cook; and her grandfathers, Don Trammel and Grady Gully. She is survived by two sons, Zachary Miller of Fort Smith and Nathan Cook of Sapulpa, Okla.; her parents, Kay Kremers of Lowell, Ark., and Don Gully of Rogers, Ark.; two brothers, Chad Gully of Sapulpa, Okla., and Michael Gully of Midland, Texas; her grandmothers, Wilidean Trammell of Lowell and Margie Gully of Rogers; and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. A family hosted memorial service will be 2 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 1, 2013, at the Witter Community Center in Witter, Ark., with interment at Witter Cemetery, Witter, Ark.
