Debra Ann Chang

Debra Ann Chang, age 50, a resident of Prairie Grove, Ark., passed away July 26, 2013, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Ark. She was born Oct. 15, 1962, Waterbury, Conn., the daughter of Albert Ron and Jane Bushy Chouinard. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jane Blessing; her stepmother, Ceil Chouinard and her aunt, Gerry Chouinard. Survivors include her husband, Jeffrey Chang; two daughters, Kriss Corral and her husband, Mike of Simi Valley, Calif., Genie Cassleman of Oklahoma City, Okla.; two stepsons, Mike Chang and Greg Chang both of Ventura, Calif.; two stepdaughters, Nicole Bastio of Laguna Niguel, Calif., and Catherine Abbott of Hesperia, Calif.; three brothers, Mark Chouinard, Ronnie Chouinard and Rocky Chouinard; one sister, Joy Kapity; six grandchildren, Alicia Corral, Evan Corral, Kaleo Bastio, Heather Bastio, Korey Abbott and Jarryn Abbott; her two dogs, Edgar and Max At her request there will be no services held.
