Michael Edward Tait, age 54, of Rogers, Ark., passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013, in Rogers. Mike was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., on Aug. 14, 1958, and moved to San Diego, Calif., in 1962, where he lived for 47 years. He then moved to South Carolina and to Arkansas in 2006. He is preceded in death by his father, Glenn. He is survived by his wife, Paige; children, Jennifer (Sam), Savannah (Jared), Zachery and Milanna; one grandson, Casey; his mother, Kay; brother, John (Pam); sister, Susie; and nieces, Sarah (Eladio) and Shawna (Chad). Mike was a very loving husband and a wonderful father. He always loved to have a house full of family, friends, food and laughter. His fun-loving spirit and joyful personality was contagious to all around him. Mike was famous for these quotes: "It is what it is," "Livin' the dream," "Happy, happy, happy" and "You're burning daylight!" Celebration of Life services will be 5 p.m. Thursday, July 25, 2013, at the Cross Church, 2448 Pinnacle Hills Parkway, in Rogers, Ark.
