Ruby Frances Wishon

Ruby Frances Wishon, 73, of Rogers passed away June 28, 2013, in Bentonville. She was born June 25, 1940, in Garfield, Ark., the daughter of Phillip and Lura Hedrick Undernehr. She retired from Reagan Elementary School and a member of the VFW Post 3031 Lady's Auxiliary. She is preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Bob, Denver, Gene and Joe Undernehr; and one daughter, Danita Earnest. She is survived by her husband, Fred Wishon of the home; children, Melvin, Charlie and Leroy Wishon, Rebecca Oxford, all of Rogers, and Russell Wishon of Pineville, Mo.; two brothers, Jerry and Ben Undernehr; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, July 6, 2013, at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th St., Rogers, with the Rev. Cathy Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Hill Cemetery near Garfield. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
