Elmer Oliver Lee Jr.

Elmer Oliver Lee Jr., age 63, of Rogers passed away June 29, 2013. Elmer was born March 19, 1950, in Batesville, Ark., to parents Elmer Oliver Lee and Annie "Ruby" Bolin Lee. As a young man, Elmer enlisted in the United States Navy and served during the Vietnam War. In recent years, he worked for Walmart. Elmer was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church of Rogers and loved his Lord. Elmer was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his brother, Sgt. Major Larry Lee and wife, Phyllis; two sisters, Sheila Stanley and husband, Ernie, of Rogers, and Wanda Musteen and husband, Dale, of Rogers; nephew, Tim Lee; nieces, Jennifer Horton, Tiffany Castleman and Krista Lee; great-nieces, Brenna Horton, Meghan Castleman, Savannah Castleman; and a host of other relatives and friends. Private family services will be held, with the Rev. Tom Hatley officiating. Memorials can be made to the Immanuel Baptist Church of Rogers. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3800 W. Walnut, Rogers.
