Thelma Clarice Manos

Thelma Clarice "Sis" Manos, 91, of Siloam Springs, Ark., died Jan. 21, 2013, at Siloam Springs Regional Hospital. Born Sept. 20, 1921, in Decatur, Ark., she was the daughter of Ralph Austin and Tempie Margaret Wilmoth Austin. On May 28, 1941, she married Ray Dean Manos in Pineville, Mo. She was a homemaker and a member of Decatur Assembly of God Church, Decatur, Ark. She enjoyed sewing and embroidery. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2001; two brothers, Emmett "Pete" Austin and Clinton "Dick" Austin; and one sister, Ella Lee Austin Hainline. Survivors include one sister, Nadean Londagin of Decatur, Ark.; two sons, Garry Manos and wife, RoxAnna, of Gentry, Ark., and Larry Manos and wife, Glenda, of Siloam Springs; four granddaughters, Zanetta Manos of Siloam Springs, Danetta Manos of Gentry, Ark., Traci Letellier and husband, Casey, and Corrie Wimberly and husband, Brandon, all of Siloam Springs; four great-grandchildren, Hallé Cox, Micah Cox, Garry Cox and Boyd Wimberly. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, at Falling Springs Church, Decatur, Ark., with Pastor Dennis Jech and Pastor Kirk Anderson officiating. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs. Burial will be at Falling Springs Cemetery, Decatur, Ark.
