Marie S. Oliver

Marie S. Oliver, 84, a resident of Prairie Grove, went to be with her Lord on Jan. 9, 2013. She was born March 22, 1928, in Greenland, the daughter of Oran and Flora Hankins Shackelford. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Oliver; and seven brothers and sisters. Survivors include two sons, Jim Oliver and wife, Jan of Fayetteville, and David Oliver of Joplin; one daughter, Janet Moten of Siloam Springs; one brother, Tiny Shackleford of Fayetteville; five grandchildren, Kayla, Tracy, Tammey, Dustin and Ashley; and eight great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m., Friday at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove.
