Loamma Carlene O'Dell

Loamma Carlene (Reed) O'Dell, 75, of Fair Grove, Mo., passed away Dec. 22, 2012, at Liberty Terrace Nursing Center in Liberty, Mo., following a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. She was born June 15, 1937, in Lincoln, Ark., to Carl Amos and Carrie Ivis (Glidewell) Reed. Her parents preceded her in death. Loamma was united in marriage to Robert Wayne O'Dell on June 15, 1956, in Springfield, Mo. She was a member of Fair Grove United Methodist Church where she served as a Sunday school teacher for over 25 years and was a member of the choir. Survivors include her husband, Bob of the home; three daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Lynn Wetzel of Prairie Grove, Ark., Diane and Charles Small of Liberty, Mo., and Darla and Roger Mose of Liberty, Mo.; grandchildren, Natalie Stearman, Clayton Small, Ryan Mose, Kelsey Small and Delaney Mose; sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Jerry Hunton of Prairie Grove, Ark.; and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Loamma's life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at Fair Grove United Methodist Church, Fair Grove, Mo.
