Joyce Yvonne Russell, 67, of Lowell died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, at her home. She was born Jan. 7, 1945, to Iven and Joyce Watson Stevens. Joyce was a manager for Dolly Madison Company. She enjoyed puzzles, sewing and camping. She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Harvey Russell; and one brother, Lee Roy Stevens. Survivors include four sons, Troy Wayne Russell of Rogers, Kelly Joe Russell of Lowell, Daniel Carnel Russell and wife, Rabecka, of Springdale, and Iven Dale Russell of Rogers; one daughter, Joyce Elaine Asher and husband, Gary, of Lowell; three brothers, Gene Stevens of Springdale, Harvey R. Stevens of Lowell and John Lee Stevens of Huntsville; one sister, Margaret Acuff of Siloam Springs; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at 10 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale, with Harvey R. Stevens officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.
