Charles "Neal" Foster

Charles Neal Foster, age 56, of Pineville, Mo., and formerly of Rogers, passed away Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at the Circle of Life Legacy Village Hospice in Bentonville. Neal was born in Rogers on Feb. 27, 1956, to Charles Perry and Mary (Varner) Foster. On March 6, 2006, he married Kathy (Stone) Foster in Baxter County, Ark. Preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Neal is survived by his wife, Kathy, of the home; two daughters, Candace Linderman and husband, Edward, of Rogers and Chanda Boyd of Springdale; one stepdaughter, Karrie Osborne of Pineville; one stepson, Nathaniel Osborne of Rogers; one brother, James Foster and wife, Barb, of Rogers; three sisters, Cecilia Duffy and husband, Frank, of Rogers, Linda Rigsbee and husband, Daryl, of Rogers and Ruby McDougall of Canada; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Celebration of Life services will be 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, at Benton County Memorial Park's Funeral Home Chapel (3800 W. West Walnut) in Rogers.
