Marc Thomas Cronin

Marc Thomas Cronin, 56, of Fayetteville, Ark., peacefully departed on Saturday, Feb. 9, under the care of the Willard Walker Hospice House in Fayetteville. Cronin was born Sept. 25, 1956 in Pine Bluff, Ark., where he spent his early years, including graduation from Pine Bluff High School in 1974. He is the second of six children from Joyce Davis Cronin, who precedes him in death, and Gerald Marcotte Cronin. Regarded as a gifted carpenter, Cronin was also a talented musician, singer and guitarist, known as "Cleddie Boshetti" among his close circle of friends. He also enjoyed spending time on his boat at Beaver lake with the company of friends and family. Survivors include his father, Gerald Cronin of Little Rock; three children: Rogan Dakota Cronin, who lives and teaches in Sudan, Africa; Rose Flannery Cronin, who lives and works as a fashion designer in New York City; and David Thomas Sibley, of Little Rock. He is also survived by four sisters: Shaun Cronin, Kim Cronin, Marion Cronin and Marguerite Swaffar (spouse,Tommy Swaffar), all of Little Rock; one brother, Chris Cronin (spouse, Janet Cronin), also of Little Rock. Nieces and nephews include Sydney Cronin Davenport (spouse, James Davenport), Conner Swaffar, Cameron Cronin, Matthew Cronin and Zachary Cronin, all of Little Rock. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday 2/23/13 at Cotham's in Little Rock (1401 West 3rd Street) from 7-10 p.m. A second life celebration service will be held in Fayetteville at a later date. Cremation by Benton County Memorial Park in Rogers, Moore A special thank you to all of Cleddie's friends who took such good care of him and surrounded him with their love.
