R.H. "Bud" Mills

R.H. "Bud" Mills, 89, passed away December 22, 2013 in Fort Smith. He was born in Malvern, a graduate of North Little Rock High, a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII, and a graduate of the UofA Law School in Fayetteville. A member of the Arkansas Bar Association, he remained active in Law until his death. He is survived by son, Dan Mills of Fort Smith, daughter Terri Neugent of Mena, two grandchildren, Casey Turner and Chalice Suratt, two great-grandchildren, step-son and step-daughter, both of Florida. Graveside service at 2 p.m. Monday, December 30, 2013 at The U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark. Family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. Sunday, December 29, 2013 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, Ark. Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, Ark.
