Juanita Beatrice Phillips

Juanita Beatrice Phillips, 82, of Springdale died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013, at Jamestown Nursing and Rehabilitation in Rogers. She was born Oct. 25, 1931, in Norman, Okla., to Floyd and Marie Prentis White. Juanita enjoyed the outdoors, knitting and crocheting. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Phillips in 2009; and a brother, Donald Lee White. She is survived by four children, Donna Mitchell and husband, Gary, of Lowell, Gary Phillips and wife, Sandy, of Springdale, Mike Phillips and wife, Kathy, of Avoca, Debbie Bohannan and husband, Mike, of Springdale; a sister, Imajean Carmean of Lowell; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 20 at Bluff Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Heritage Funeral Home.
