Marcy Kay Speer

Marcy Kay Speer, 50, of Gentry, Ark., died Friday, Dec. 13, 2013, from a battle of pancreatic cancer at the Circle of Life in Bentonville, Ark. She was born Feb. 24, 1963, in Albuquerque, N.M., the daughter of James and Wanda Kinkead. Marcy owned Marcy's Dog Grooming in Gentry, Ark., and groomed and cared for animals for many years. She was also a big supporter of the local 4-H and community. She married Kenneth Speer April 14, 1984 in Grove, Okla. She was preceded in death by mother and father. Survivors include her husband Kenneth of the home; two daughters Amy Speer and Kendra Romig and one granddaughter Madison Jones. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013, at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church, Gentry, Ark. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery, Afton, Okla.
