Richard R. Fritzsche

Richard "Ricky" Robert Fritzsche, 56, died Dec. 10, 2013, in Rogers. He was born on Dec. 15, 1956, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Richard A. and the late Arlene E. Pabst. He was the loving husband of Laurel (Fullen) Fritzsche. Ricky was a quiet man with a huge heart. He didn't talk often but when he did people listened. He loved to watch old movies and musicals. He loved reading true crime and history novels. You could often find him watching television shows about antiques and old cars. He was loved and adored by his grandchildren. Ricky is survived by his father and stepmother, Jane, of New York; wife, Laurel of Pea Ridge; son, Christopher Fritzsche of Texas; daughters, Tiffany Layman and Heather Wise, both of Texas; brothers, John Cacia of Missouri, Kenny Fritzsche of West Virginia and Dennis Fritzsche of Florida; sister, Arlene Valenti of Florida; eight grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Arlene Pabst. A visitation will be Friday, Dec. 13, 2013, from 2-3:30 p.m., with a service to follow at 3:30 p.m., in Rollins Funeral Home Chapel.
