Larry Joe Butler, 70, of Lowell died Dec. 2, 2013, in Lowell. He was born Aug. 19, 1943, in Springdale to Oba and Thelma Stamps Butler. He worked in industrial electrical maintenance for Pratt & Whitney. He was a member of Fellowship Bible Church in Rogers. He is survived by his wife, Marianne Neighbors of the home; one son, Joey Butler of Bethel Heights; stepson, Jeremy Neighbors of Springdale; two brothers, Ivian Butler and wife, Margie, of Springdale, and Dwayne Butler and wife, Merita, of Nob Hill.
