Joyce Victoria Frisbie

Joyce Victoria Frisbie, 75, of Grove, Okla., died Sunday, Aug. 25, 2013, at her home. She was born Feb. 19, 1938, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Joseph William and Hazel LaFern Brown Peltier. Joyce was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She also loved playing Bingo. Survivors include her husband, Raymond "Doug" Frisbie of the home to whom she married May 20, 2008; one son, Doug Frisbie of Norton, Kan.; three daughters, Cherie Elliot and husband, Ron, of Bella Vista, Penny Frisbie of Belton, Mo., and Tammy Bryson and husband, Mike, of Grove, Okla.; one brother, Gerald Peltier of Bullhead City, Ariz.; two sisters, Marian Sutton and Vicki Hare, both of Bella Vista; grandchildren, Robert Elliot, Josh Elliot, Jade Elliot, Taya Elliot, Teyonia Brownell, Bobby Brownell, Rollin Brownell, Shawn Frisbie, Rico Frisbie, Courtney Frisbie and Cory Kuykendall; and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. Burial will follow in Bluff Cemetery.
