Gayla Sue Brown

Gayla Sue Brown, 74, of Cave Springs died Saturday, Aug. 24, at Legacy Village in Bentonville. She was born Nov. 18, 1938, in Springdale to Roy and Madge Hale Jones. Gayla was Corporate Executive Secretary for Willis Shaw Express. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Cave Springs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Loyd Brown and one grandson, Cory Stamps. Survivors include one son, Rick Brown and wife Cindy of Cave Springs; one daughter, Mitzi Yates and husband Sam of Rogers; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013, at 10 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Rev. Dan Fagala officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Springs Cemetery.
