Michael Roger Loper

Michael Roger Loper, age 53, of Holly Springs, Miss., died Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013, in Holly Springs. He was born March 3, 1960, in Anaheim, Calif., to John and Rolande Loper. He was a Catholic and retired from the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his parents, John and Rolande Loper of Fayetteville; two daughters, Charlene and Jesse Loper; two sisters, Marcella Loper of Edmond, Okla., and Margie Bowen of Riverside, Calif. Visitation will be 12 noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013, at Moore's Chapel. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Moore's Chapel with burial with military honors will follow at the Fayetteville National Cemetery.
