Cecil Yvonne Fouts

Cecil Yvonne Fouts, 73, of Rogers, Ark., died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013, at a local nursing home. She was born Aug. 11, 1939, in Benton County, Ark., the daughter of Bessie Buckmaster and Nicklos Osborn. She was a member of Colonial Baptist Church in Rogers. She enjoyed growing her roses around the house. Also she loved a clean home; she was always dusting and cleaning. She had worked for Daisy Manufacturing for many years and at Walmart for several years in the jewelry department. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one sister and one son. Yvonne is survived by her husband, James Fouts of the home; five sons, Gary Milner and his wife, Boot, of Siloam Springs, Brian Milner and his wife, Agenia, of Rogers, Kevin Milner and his wife, Erin, of Centerton, Bill Fouts and his wife, Tammy, of Gravette, Rick Fouts of Monett, Mo.; two daughters, Linda Jones and her husband, Vernon, of Mountain Home, Ark., Jamie Walker and her husband, Calvin, of Rogers; one sister, Maryetta Scisam of Siloam Springs; 20 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Colonial Baptist Church in Rogers. Inurnment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Siloam Springs.
