Jeffrey Neal 'TJ' Birdsong

Jeffrey Neal "TJ" Birdsong, 51, of Rogers died Saturday, April 20, 2013, at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville. He was born March 29, 1962, in the Philippines to Royce Dale and Ester Tallungan Birdsong. TJ served in the Navy and worked as a mechanic throughout his life. He enjoyed time with his family, bow hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Susan Birdsong of the home; four children, Kyle Bishop of Hahira, Ga., Breann Birdsong Davidson of Pea Ridge, Malia Self and Teala Birdsong, both of the home; his mother, Ester Vance of Monroe, La.; two sisters, Sherrie Birdsong and Diosa Vance; three grandsons; and three granddaughters. A visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 25, at Heritage Funeral Home in Springdale. Cremation will follow.
