Floyd Leslie Campbell

Floyd Leslie Campbell, age 93, of Rogers passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2013, in Rogers. He was born March 10, 1920, in Cadillac, Mich., to the late William and Bessie (McClellan) Campbell. He served in the United States Army during WWII in both the Pacific and European Theatres. He married Virginia M. Hall on Nov. 22, 1944. They moved to Rogers in 1958 with Daisy Manufacturing where he worked until he retired in 1985. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Campbell of Rogers; one daughter, Rhonda Campbell of Rogers; a son, Kevin Campbell and his wife, Tammy, of Lowell; three grandchildren, Aaron Campbell, currently serving in the United States Air Force in Arizona, Brandon Campbell and his wife, Meagan, of Phoenix, Ariz., Shawna Campbell of Rogers; and by four great-grandchildren; one brother, Dale Campbell of South Field, Mich. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Herbert, Lloyd and Eugene; and by two sisters, Rosetta and Dorothy Ann. Graveside services will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in Marion, Mich., at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
