Milford Lee Owens

Milford Lee Owens, 57, of Elkins passed away on April 7, 2013, at his home. He was born Feb. 7, 1956, in Joplin, Mo., son of Tommy and Wanda Owens. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Patricia Owens. Survivors include his daughter, Aleah Griggs and her fiance, Chris Cantrell of Springdale; sister, Gina Owens and her wife, Janene Ulmer of Elkins; 10 grandchildren; two dogs, Boris and Natasha; and several other family members and friends. Celebration of life will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2013, at the First Baptist Church in Elkins. Private burial will be held at the National Cemetery at a later date.
