Danny Johnson

Danny Johnson, age 63, of Rogers died March 31, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers. He was born in Warren on Dec. 23, 1949, to the late Herschel and Jean (Bryant) Johnson. Danny worked for many years at Norm Inc. in Rogers, and most recently enjoyed working part-time at the Prairie Creek Marina. He enjoyed fishing, and was an umpire for Rogers Little League for a number of years, having the privilege of umpiring both district and state tournaments. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Dana (Castor) Johnson; son, Todd Johnson of Bixby, Okla.; two sisters; and grandsons, Jordan and Jeremiah Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Pam Johnson Hankins. Visitation will be 5 to 6 p.m., with a memorial service beginning at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2013, in the Rollins Funeral Home Chapel.
